First Vernon Township Republican Picnic A Big Success 

The 2006 Vernon Township Republican Picnic was held on Saturday, July 22, 2006 at the Vernon Township - Prairie View Park Picnic Shelter. More than 150 people attended, including elected officials, state-wide and county-wide candidates, party officials, and many Vernon Township citizens. 

The picnic event was sponsored and organized by the Vernon Township Republican Central Committee.
